Annual Report of the Town Officials
As outlined in the General Bylaws, Section 5(a), every town officer, board and committee to whose account town funds have been appropriated shall prepare and file with the selectmen, prior to January 31 in each year, an annual town report of their activities and expenditure of funds so appropriated. Section 5(c) states the selectmen shall prepare and cause to be printed for distribution before the date of the Annual Town Meeting in each year, an annual Town Report.
