CRITICAL Risk for Triple E in Douglas

The Massachusetts Department of Public health has notified us, that the Town of Douglas has now been upgraded to a critical risk alert for Triple E or Eastern Equine Encephalitis, which is  a potentially life threatening disease that is transmitted by mosquitoes . This upgrade is due to the death of a horse, PRIOR to the spraying.  To assure the safety of you and your family members, please limit all outside activities to before dusk and after dawn.  For more information please see the Mass.
